Supporting EPI through your gift is truly an action that keeps on giving. You can choose to support an endowed chair, a brick-and-mortar project for a second wing for our building, or projects that support basic research or graduate and post-doctoral students. In all of these choices, your action makes possible further research into the novel pathogens that affect your world and ours.
EPI is still relatively new to the Univ. of Florida, and to the state. Though we are still growing, we have a grand vision for playing a significant role in advising policy-makers and first-line responders in how to prevent or contain infectious diseases that may threaten your community or sectors of Florida’s agricultural industries. We are eager to partner with you in making this vision become a reality.
There are multiple ways to make a gift to EPI, and different types of gifts may offer you different tax advantages. Please talk with your financial advisor to make the best choice for your situation. The UF Foundation Office will send you a gift acknowledgement (receipt) upon receiving your gift. You will want to save this acknowledgement for your tax records.
You may send a check payable to the University of Florida Foundation, Inc. – Emerging Pathogens Institute and mailed to:
